Remind me that putting all your fun stuff into one weekend makes for one very sleepy witch come Monday.
Anyway, let's help with your Samson-homework. *grins*
1) I've been in touch with Red, one of the grooms at the farm, and he told me all the horses we brought in that night are doing good. And that includes your little friend.
2) Clubbing is about going out and being seen and having a good time. The leather was mostly a joke that's gotten seriously huge, and I sure as hell ain't going to complain since both my roomies look bloody hot in leather. *winks* And you're right about it being a form of communication. What we wear and how we look is a way we tell other people stuff. I'll have to sit you down and explain the piercings one day.
3) Red X is... a start. I ain't entirely convinced we can change people's attitudes, but we're doing something constructive, and doing things is right by me. I don't trust the speech-making exactly. Words is easy, except when they're for homework.
4) Glad you had fun at the movies with us. I definitely had a good time. And yeah, it was a chance to talk to a couple of people I don't usually as well, tho' it was probably just as well Alex and I didn't meet _before_ I went back to England. Sometimes there's such a thing as too much angst. *grins at Alex*
5) Easter... Other people have covered the rest of it, but I can help you with the egg and bunny part. 'S from ancient pagan fertility rituals, the beginning of Spring, all that stuff. Eggs symbolise fertility, and rabbits the going out and having sex like... rabbits. *grins* Once Christianity got big in Europe, the pagan festivals were forbidden, and the feast days used for significant Christian events, like Christmas being the old Midwinter Festival. Easter's a bit more complicated, what with Passover being involved and all, but the tradition of giving chocolate comes from the pagan part.
