Music!

So, I've been thinking about music lately. Someone asked me what I liked -- I think it was Angelo? -- and, well, I don't know. I like some of Amanda's music, but a lot of it is not my type of thing. And Paige has some good music, but again, some of it I don't like. And I don't know what to call the kind of music I like, either. So I've been trying to find out more using the internet and I have discovered something REALLY COOL!

Did you know that you can listen to and even DOWNLOAD music from the internet!? Isn't that great!?!

Well, the first thing I discovered was this guy's site recommending a lot of fun and weird music. It's this one: http://www.kittyspit.net/erik/mp3/linkpage.html

And then I found a lot of other archives and people talked about Kazaa so I got that, but I dunno, it's hard. I like just going to bands websites and getting stuff. Some bands have lots of stuff up! And I don't like everything I've downloaded, but some of it is good.

I really like Laura Love. And Maroon 5. I downloaded their latest album because of the name: "Songs About Jane" Neat, huh?

Songs About Jane is a fun album, I'm sure you'll love it.

Careful with the downloading music though. A lot of it is techincally illegal and the RIAA may come after you.

There's a bunch of music up on the school server already, too. Although sometimes it's more fun to find it on your own. :)

Really? Could you come over and show me where to find it? Is it just your band stuff (and I really like your playing, too, do you guys have music up on the internet?) or everyones favorites or what?

Well, the band stuff is up there--and thanks. :) We don't have music up on the actual Internet that I know of, though, unless Doug's traded it to people.

The stuff on the school servers is mostly people's favorites, yeah--not very organized, though, and I don't think it says who uploaded what. I can definitely show you where it is.

Only been sharing stuff with Guido. Although foisting our music off on other people if/when we start writing our own kind of appeals to me. :)
